[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — Rude behaviour of customer care attendant

bsnl has customer care no. [protected] and cunsumer has to wait atleast 15 to 20 mts. to talk any attendent. But customer care agent talk in such a haste and rudely that he is talking to some unwanted person. we are consumer and we pay for everything but they treat them as unwanted this is wrong.

I getting your service from long time but now what happens it get interrupted many time & [protected] one of my BSNL mobile no i have registered my complaint against this No. that the BSNL Co. deduct my 2Rs. 4Rs. any of like that for per SMS actually i have recharged with sms pack even they do like this absurdness i have register complaint against this the complaint No. is 3426497 Dated 13 November 2009 time 03.13pm at Pune customer care but instead of solve this they cut my service & my no get automatically close i can not call & received why are the big good BSNL Co. do that
I hope after all this you will be start my regular service with fulfillment of my loss

My dues of bill is NIL, Then also your officers stop my outgoing calls from date 23/12/09 10am.I already contact to customer care office but no favoured answered
given. Sir if customer is paying the all bills in proper time then who given the rights to your officers to stop the services of that customers
I request to pls do needfull against above problem.
untill 6:35 pm date 24/12/09 the outgoing is not yet started.

my mobile no is [protected], i activate 49 paisa/minute plan by recharging 49 rupees but tis plan is automatically deactivated since January, 2010 .so plz. restart 49 paisa/minutes plan as soon as possible.
i am mathan in avinashi tamilnadu. last month i connect broadband in bsnl but i can't use that internet 3 days continuously. if a single its work 5 to 7 days its not working and my phone aslo dead. please understand my feelings and do needful action and my residence number is[protected] and mobile number is [protected]. now a days my rsi phone is dead that means, if i call the phone is working but phone is not working and the internet also. please take needful to me. internet is connected to resi number.
i have a complain regarding prepaid services rendered by bsnl.when i have taken the recharge coupan of five hundred rupees then the amount of talk time provided is 370 rupees instead of 450.so i request to kindly look into the matter
I am a subscriber of bsnl mobile. I have done easy recharge by Rs 230/ on 16.01.2010 as monthly charges for gprs surfing, but my balance continuosly deducted by bsnl whenever i am surfing the net.I have talked custome care excutive on 1503 and he has given two complain no 4002124 & 4010974 on two seperate day, but nothing has been done. This is the great services of bsnl.

BSNL Cellular Pune — Not Activation Of 1 paisa/min Package

I purchase a sim card of BSNL No.[protected] & send SMS ACT_4
For Activation Of 1paisa/min Packageon 11th of Feb & they reply me that "you will receive request Activation SMS in next 24-48 hrs" but they don't sed me that type of SMS I called in customer care but they do not activate my package till 15th of Feb,Please help me THANKING YOU,

It has happened many times . but no call was matured. kindly instruct the the people who are sitting there in customer care to speak to the customers who are calling them for the informations .

I have got a sms from 5303081 that send your name age and gender to have chate id when i send it i have received a sms in reply that there is another user of same name and there were choice also of new id which i have send again but reply was same and both the time my balance have cut. I have made iquire to the customer 4 time but they totaly refuse me without saying anything and cut my phot all the 4 time I m very much inconvinced with the carelessness of your customercare staff I would like to concern authority to pls look in to the matter and do the needfull as there is a debit of Rs.4 in my account balace should be credited in account. I shall be highly greatfull to you.
Due to oversight i have subscribed for cricket updates, but neither provided any information nor stoped on my several requests till date.It is once again requested that necessary steps may please be taken on humaintrain grounds to stop this facility.

what is the problem i dont know, i want to activate GPRS connection in my mobile.i dont know how to do it, i have called to the customer care no [protected] but there is no response, so please give suggestion to solve my problem...
I do understand any company has some hiccups, especially one which is spanning over a large country. But this is horrible. I get billed exhorbitantly for same or lesser utilization of DSL during certain months tempting us to withdraw the connection. Sometimes we suspect strong hacking attempts, when we see on opening websites like yahoo, opens UK ireland pages of yahoo with already some user id logged in and asking to type password and with logout screen [like the one which user gets when he loged into yahoo account and tries to change password, which prompts him to retype password]. When you try to call customer service, either call drops after many minutes on hold. I tried calling during one such instance to complain about hacking and billing, and one succesful time when the agent picked call, he acted as if he cant hear me after speaking to me properly for 2 minutes. I could hear him clearly. Do the agents think we are fools? If there is some genuine problem with their headsets, kindly provide them with good headsets and take care that call gets picked atleast within 5 minutes on hold.
Now where do i send the snapshots of the hacking which i could see on my screen, to prove that someone else possibly is using my DSL and to take care of the issue from BSNL end.

BSNL — Speaking rudely

My Phone was dead and when I wanted to lodged a complaint in the morning from my cell the person on the other end was lifting the phone and keeping aside without answering after 1-2 hours of trying that number my husband went to office and complained, the person there was telling that we were pressurizing him and that he will complaint on us and was speaking rudely. Can an employee complain on customers, but still he was saying and after one o clock they came and rectified the problem.

New Students Suvidha sim — PUK code

I am a BSNL students Suvida user. I cant access my sim. screen appears asking PUK code. I called costumer care of BSNL ,they were not responding. Pls send me PUK code via email .My mob number is [protected]. Sim number is[protected].

My mobile is activated with 3g and gprs connection 1 month exactly fro 18.8.10 to 18.9.10 this time i have suddennly found that my money is been deducated from my prepaid card of mobile for incoming and sms incoming soon afet ganesh 10.9.10 onwards pl. help suguest I tried stop the sms services but after that my Rs.61 has been deducted from my card and after trying to topup my card it is not accpting my recharge voucher no. pl. help I am totally handicape for the bsnl service. help help help. my mob.[protected].

I am Prashant Kumar Haldar form U.P West AGRA and my BSNL No. is 2464242, I am totally Disagree with BSNL and his services, From last 1 months i face a problem with my Broadband Connection, BSNL Service and his facilities are very bad, When I log into http://www.data.bsnl.in to check my braodband Data Usage, It not Shows My Usage Details, a Part from that tha bill is also generate very high cost.. tell me what will I do with BSNL, I go 5 to 8 times BSNL Head Office in Agra but the concern Authorities are very careless, they tell me always call at 1500 or 2460700but they also do not listen any thing, the BSNL Customer Care Help Line is very 3rd Class, Please resolve my Problem, otherwise I take a Strict Action...

My Freinds plz kabhi BSNL ka Connection mat lena aap log, India ka sabse ghatiya Connection hai yeh...
