BSNL Dataone — broadband connecting problem | |
hai iam using broad band services since one and half year... recently iam getting regurally problem in connecting and its not connecting to my labtop. iam given a complient one week back..to broad band complient no 08057.12.45pm.dated on 18-9-08 then they are given 3 or 4 numbers to contact...but no onehas taking any response finally i talked to JTO...mr .salim... he said he will send a person but till today no one has came to me... i stay at hyderabad santosh nagar colony, , , hno M.i.G 69/b first floor. my number is o[protected]...my mobile [protected]... please look into the matter... Iformatted my pc, becauseof virus.After that not able to useinternet. I forget my bsnl broadband password.how can I recover broadband password?

It in indeed disappointing to inform you that My internet connection at home is not under proper working condition. Regarding which I have registered a complaint through telephone. Though one of your employee had been visiting to rectifying the problem, till date I am not able to use it hassle free.
I may request you to kindly look at this issue seriously and correct it at the earliest, I am paying for the service not used.
