[Resolved]  BSNL Dataone Chennai — not attending the complaint calls

Dear BSNL higher officers,

I am senthilkumar.k. I am staying in no.3/45, L.I.G, N.H.1, Kulasekaralwar street, marai malai nagar - 603 209. My landline number is[protected]. my land line number is in my father's name. His name is m.krishnamurthy. I have broadband connection for my landline number. I have 750+ plan in broadband connection. But past 1 month my broadband connection is not working properly. I wastly paying 750 rs for government. Our area BSNL officers are not responding me properly. please check this complaint and take immediate action.

Even at te time of compiling this feedback the link got snapped and i had to recoonect for more than 3 times

Sub. : New broad band connection and telephone connection.
Ref. : AN No. : 92498702 Dated. 05.10.2009

Reference to the above, I had applied for broadband cum telephone connection (HOME 500 –COMBO plan) with deposit Rs.500.00on 05.10.2009. Till date neither telephone connection nor broad band connection was given.
No intimation from your from your local telephone exchange that whether I will get connection or refund.
Kindly request you to see this matter and do the needful.
Note : BSNL junction box is also readily available in opposite house compound wall.

I have 750+ plan in broadband connection. But past 1 month my broadband connection is not working properly. I wastly paying 550rs for government. Our area BSNL officers are not responding me properly. please check this complaint and take immediate action.
