SIR I HAVE A PREPAID CONECTION.[protected]. I HAVE ACTIVATE DATING SERVICE 3 MONTHS BEFORE.NOW I WANT TO DEACTIVATE IT BUT IT DOES NOT HAPPEN.I HAVE MESSAGE SEVRAL TIME, TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT IT IS USELESS WHAT THEY HAVE TELL TO DO.TELL ME WHAT TO DO NOW.

i had paid my outstanding bills of rs 2941 in cash then also my service was not activated within stipulated time and while lodging complaint at bsnl selfcare portal it doesnt works
