[Resolved]  BSNL — deduction of balance

respected sir my self dhiraj shete from shirpur dist dhule, (MH) I have bsnl prepaid sim numbered [protected]. few months before I am used BSNL schem of SET 2 and SET 9. after the using of this schems I am deselected them from my numberd. But the problem is that the deduction of balace is on. I am send them request to stop my schem but the problem is not solved from them before 3 months.
so please solve this problem.

BSNL EXCEL PRE PAID MOBILE — Deduction of Money (Balance)

On 2nd Oct morning i had done Top Up on my BSNL Excel Pre Paid Mobile of Rs 55. After that i had done two to three calls, my remaining balance is near about Rs.45. After that i not made any call, But on 3rd Oct. morning i tried to call but message coming that ''Because o[censored]nsufficent Balance You can not made this Call'' WHY MY BALANCE IS DEDUCT ? & HOW CAN I GET MY BALANCE REFUND?

A MESSAGE RECCIEVES ON MY MOBILE PHONE REGARDING A SUBSCRIPTION O[censored]NKNOWN SERVICE & DEDUCT 5 RS OF MY BALANCE EVERYDAY.
I HAVE COMPLAINT MANY TIMES TO BSNL CUSTOMER CARE BUT STILL THE PROBLEM IS CONTINUED.50 RS OF MY BALANCE HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED YET.
KINDLY HELP ME SIR.
I AM VERY MUCH UPSET WITH THIS SUBSCRIPTION. I HAVE ONE YEAR VALIDITY & ONE MONTH FREE INTERNET SURFING REACHARGE ON MY NUMBER. MY NUMBER IS-[protected].

On 28th may 2010. my balance Rs 17 deducted without any
reason. I have registered my complain to customer care they
said that they will refund my balance. But still i did not get the
refund. My Docket No.IE2813731
I sent my complain to [protected]@bsnl.co.in and [protected]@bsnl.co.in
but i did not get any reply.

This is jagdeep bhatia Complaining from Sri ganganagar Rajasthan. My complain about tha BSNL( Bharat sanchar nigam limeted). main kai baar pahle bsnl customer care me shikayat kar chuka hun iske bare me bt wahan se meri sunwai ni ki ja rahi ya to meri call kaat di jati hai ya hold pe rakh di jati uske baad NO RESPONCE!!!!!!! mere pass 1 month pahle msg aaya ki aapke acc. se 05 Rs. Deduct kiye ja rahe hai or LAUGHTER PACK activate kar diya gaya hai maine complaint ki to unhone kaha ki aapki servise de activate kar di gayi hai jo galti se activate ki gayi thi... jaise hi main agla recharge karvata hun vaise hi mere fir se 5 rupaye kaat diye jate hai.......... or kaha jata hai service fir se de activate kar di... again yahi prob. with same servise 100 rs ka recharge karvate hi sane service k rafrance se 20rs. deduct kar liye jate hai or complain karne par KOI SUNVAYI NI........

My balance was deducted approximatly to rps 80. i don't know the reason why you are cutting unnecessary. plz send me the reason for this

Yes.This has happened to me several times.There is no use of complaining.Even they access our address books and change the formats, include delete numbers.Some times even for missed calls they deduct money of one call.To day Rs.12/- was deducted for a call which did not get connected even.

Since nine month from mobile no.[protected] a message comes that we appreciate you for being our valuable customer.You have been renewed for cricket Service Rs. 15 charged . whereas i do not neither opt nor activate. Last night dated 10.01.2010 at 23.54.46 hrs. i received the message again and my account was debited by Rs. 15. at that time i was sleeping. many time i have been complaint to your service center but it was not deleted. now i have been disturb. what i should do. now i am confirm if you will not delete these type of hindrence i will destroy your sim card and never will be customer of bsnl .

The service provider has deduct my balance regular from last three months. the deduction amount is nineteen rupee per month i have aslo submitted the complain to the service provider but they didn`t give any result. the complain no. is given by the provider is L16HR177800 & it was submitted on 16th december 2010.
now today is also deduct my balance from the provider.it is unmeaningful . so please help me

I have cell one no.[protected]. I receive unwnted messages from no. 50300 and one unwanted service was start from last 6 months i.e LOVE TIPS FOR GIRLS which I cannot subscribe. so I will Request you to please stop these two services from my cell and donot deduct my account. Third time I compalint this same. so please stop these two unwanted services immediately.

My name is Vishal Malhotra s/o Sh. Vinod Malhotra from Yamunanagar (Haryana) PIN CODE:-135001. I am customer of BSNL MOBILE SERVICE HARYANA having no. [protected].The service provider has deducted my balance regularly from last few months.The deduction amount is Seventy Eight rupee.I have also submitted the complain to the service provider but they do not give any appropriate answer.They told me that I have activated few services one for internet and another for news which I never did. They provided me with few complaint numbers but nothing happened with the complaints.One the agent from customer care told me that I would get my balance within few days but later when I called again they told that there was no call from me for getting any money back

This is extremely frustrating that government companies also deduct money unnecessarily from customer's account.
This is really pathetic.
Can u please help in this regards.

hi sir i am bsnl customer of past 5 years i didnt face any problem but from last 2months i am facing that balance deduction as 5ps like that i lost around 150rs balance i called customer care and asked about the problem they said to deactivate gprs pack then u don't face any problem and said the process of sending sms.
i done the process and i got the reply as invalid request to activate pl z send............
like this so my gprs pack is not activated i lost hope in bsnl they wont solve my problem.


in last i tried to mnp i send sms also i didn't get any reply from bsnl again i called bsnl and said problem they said plz try again sir u will get code like that but i tried around 10 times for that.

i need solution for this whether stopping that balance deduction or i need mnp to go for other network i cant pay amount free to the network provider so pl z give me solution my number is [protected]

This is to inform you that on 10th of April, 2012 at 8.56 pm i got a sms saying that "Thanks for subscribing 5 ka tadka from Handygo" for Rs 30 and Rs 30 was deducted from my balance.But I didnt subscribe anything like that.After receiving the sms i tried to contact my customer care several times but my call didnt connect.Please kindly look into this matter and oblige me.

BSNL HARYANA — Per day deducted Rs 8

Sir,
i'm not activated any service but my a/c deducted per day Rs 8 bsnl automaticaly activated new service per day and deducted per day rs 8 mob no [protected] request to the solve my problum

Sir,on my mobile no. [protected] a service is subscribed I.E caller tune without activation.I have been charged with 42 rs in three times.last time i have called to customer care representative for deactive this service. he said call to 56702. i have called this no. for deactivation. after that i have rechared my no. and again deduct amount for this. when i call to customer care, no positive respons found many times.
