Please deactivate GOD pre200 plan for my broadband service and i don't need any of these offers in future.. Had enough of it

Its really disgusting that the offer came in the form of a phone call and when i was out of station, the guy said that free service has been activated for one month and if you like that service, you can proceed further buy subscribing to it..
But i understood that the ****ing words are not followed properly in case of billing..
I was in a compulsion to pay 200 for 3 months without knowing that i have been subscribed..
When i call 1500 to ask about deactivation, always the customer care representative is busy..
1504 being a broadband service number had disguised me as the one who talked to me couldnt sort out my problem..
finally after GOOGLing a lot i understood what to do..
EVEN in billing GOD : 200rs
what is this..?
Do you use such terms in Billing
GOD..? Do you think every1 can catch up with such terms..

kindly improve your service or else just provide the needed broadband service alone without any problem...
Don't torture in the name of any VAS(value added services) like Your GOD..

If possible mail me how to register my landline number in NDND(national Do not disturb) registry..

The game on demand service provider is habitual cheaters, they always make false promises and misguide people to subscribe to GOD service and later on ask for payment.

BSNL is going to loose trust by this service only, the reputation of BSNL is degraded.

Nageswara rao and i am staying in Kunavaram.three back my daughter has opted for the BSNL india games on demand. but he has forgot the password and user id for his account . so i could not cancel my subscription for that games pack . and the toll free number[protected] has no response . so kindly cancel that pack with this i am attaching my land line number[protected]. so please call me up if you need any details

The game on demand service provider is a big cheater because basically they give some wrong promises. after that they charge every promises. so kindly unsubscribe my account

This is Prakash from chennai. This is to inform you that i have already contacted BSNL Customer care to unsubscribe this GOD (Games on demand) plan. In fact we got a call from BSNL before 2 months regarding this that we could download games for Free so i registered but later in the month of September, we got charged Rs.200/- for this plan. Though we have not downloaded any games, we are forced to charge this amount which is merely useless. In fact contacted BSNL customer care to unsubscribe this plan for which they asked me to send a mail which i did too. If again in this month i got charged for this plan, Then we may need to disconnect total BSNL service and should look after another provider. So kindly unsubscribe this plan at the earliest possible which is not at all useful for us. If this plan persists, we cannot pay anymore amount for this plan. So please unsubscribe my account. Landline bill in the name of my dad A.Prabhakaran and my Landline number is[protected]

Hello Sir this is babu bhai k. patel, mine also the same problem which the early one said that is two months ago me also got a call from bsnl to download a game on that time itself i said that sir
i am not interested in this but he said that no mam it is free only but now i had paid for month and given a written complaint and this is the second month we are paying the bill extra Rs.200 for this game which i had never used .Is this the way to behave, their is not even 1% percent honesty in ur word and kindly deactivate the subscription which u made by cheating us my[protected]

So many complaints have been registered but no action what a Indian government is doing.

i am suresh. my land line no.[protected]. bsnl offers games on demand plan one month free of cost. last month i want unsubscribe the games on demand plan and informed to their free toll no.[protected]. they accepted. But they charged Rs. 200 for this month also. kindly take necessary actions and ask to refund my amount.. Thank you.

hello friends to deactivate ur subscription login using ur username end password and then goto "My Account" in "Manage Account" Section and unsubscribe.
