[Resolved]  BSNL — bsnl gprs 199/- plan

there is no specification about that how this plan is unlimited with downloading or charchable!!!
then after you use bill is not proper & more big of amount!!!
not any response from customer care center & not any specification about whole information of this plan cahrchable or not(unlimited!!!).
and also i cannot know about my postpaid message counter to know about howmany messages i can use as free.
please help me about all this things.

i have use bsnl prepaid card but inter net speed was very low so if you have any free gprs setting then plz call me my no. [protected]

I want to know about GPRS Plan 199 - Under this plan customer call center people says only browsing is free and downloading charges are separate. So I want to know the downloading is free or it is chargable. Pleas let me tknow.
