[Resolved] BSNL Gprs — GPRS 230 plan not getting activated | |
Hi i recently got GPRS actiavted on my mobile.later i wanted to change to the 230 rupees GPRS plan.for which i topped up my mobile with 400 rupees.then i conatcted the BSNL customer care and asked them for help on activating the 230 plan.they asked me to send a message GPRS230 to 53733.and i sent the message as told by them.but moments after iam getting a message saying activation not possible cos i do not have sufficient balance.where as the bal on my mob is 400.the bal that is needed on your mobile for activating the 230 plan is 300. please advice on this issue Was this information helpful? | |

BSNL — BSNL GPRS230
I asked for activation of the GPRS 230 on my prepaid mobile in Chennai. I received an email confirming activation. To my shock, though Rs 230/- was promptly deducted from my balance, I am still being charged when I use the GPRS facility. Calls to customer service is not yielding any result.Will somebody please help??
sir maine 11.05.09 ko 230 rupéés se recharge kar gprs active karaya lekin active nahi hua.customer care ko complain karne par 17.05.09 se active kiya gaya lekin mere account se påise kate ja rahe håin. Akhir kyon?jab maine 230 de diya to phir normal gprs ki tarah paise kyon katé ja rahe hain?my mobile no. [protected] hai.maine kai bar complain kiya lekin koi phayda nahi hua.ab to validity bhi khatm hone me kam samay hai.iska samadhan hame bataye.

BSNL GPRS plan — not sending GPRS sending
I have activated GPRS plan on BSNL sim few days back. it just worked for 3 days after that it got deactivated by itself. I called several times to customer care but they showed no results. They said GPRS got deactivated or settings got deleted but after repeated requests they have not send me GPRS settings after giving 48 hours time period.I am very much disappointed from BSNL service

BSNL — DIFFERENT GPRS PLAN ACTIVATED THAN I APPLIED FOR
I AM A BSNL POSTPAID CONSUMER. 9 MONTHS AGO I GAVE AN APPLICATION FOR ACIVATION OF GPRS PLAN 199 WHICH IS UNLIMITED PLAN. AFTER 2 DAYS I GOT THE MESSAGE THAT MY GPRS SERVICE IS ACTIVATED. I PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE PLAN 199 IS ACTIVATED . SO I BEGAN SURFING THE NET. AFTER A MONTH I GOT THE BILL AND WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A BILL OF 4OOO RUPEES OF which 3500 rupees were gprs charges . this happened because they activated gprs plan 50 instead of plan 199 . i went their office and complained that this has happened . they said that you must have opted for this plan and should pay the bill. i told them to show the application i have submitted but they refused . after few days they disconnected the connection. as i have not paid the bill. and after that also they are constantly giving me the bill adding rental and tax for past 9 months . the bill is now more than 9000 rupees. i have not retaine the copy of the application. what should i do. can i get the original application i submitted to them for proof. help.
