I had complained to BSNL, regarding my PHONE INSTRUMENT being faulty.
And that it needs to be changed, but the personnel who came to check said that the INSTRUMENT cannot be changed by the company, it needs to be changed by us.
What i am aware of is that the BSNL, holds the authority to replace the FAULTY instruments,
because this was done for us when we were in BANGALORE, so why different rules for different STATES.
Kindly let me know the actual situation, if this in actuality needs to be looked after by us or by BSNL.
