BSNL — Humshakal service

Sir,

i am the suscriber of bsnl postpaid from last 6 years.my mobile number is [protected].

From last three months i am receving the sms from on my mobile from number[protected] that your Thanks for using our Hamshakal your Service has been renewed Rs.10 charged.i dont know what is the Hamshakal service neither i am using.
I have brought this complaint in the notice of Customer care they ensure me your complaint has been lodged and the said service has been deactivated.

But this process is continued till date and every month Rs.10 is charged to me and also every month i am loding the complaint but no action has been taken sofar.

It is clearly that bsnl is cheating to the customers and also customer care not discharging the duties according to the customers satisfaction.

today on 20th September 2010 i have again lodged the complaint under complaint docket number given by bsnl customer care is as I[protected].

What is this ?Every month you are charging for Humshakal service eventhough i have send 2 sms to unscribe the service to+54000010 every month.Today also I have send the sms to same number.If you donot stop this service to me i have to go for counsumer court.If you want to varify the data base of my mobile account you can come to know the fact.If you are not able to run this service pls close your service.
