sir these chor companies hungama and bsnl have ganged up to cheat customers. they have subscribed me to a music on demand service without prioir consent and billing Rs 149 every month. It is true that without the subscriber's consent, MOD149 is activated. In a fast life we
ignore the monthly debit of Rs.149/- thinking that it may be a mistake on the part of
BSNL. But, when apart from fixed charges they now started debiting usage charges
which this bill for month ended 31.07.2011 has come to Rs.694.20. Thats the limit.
In that bureaucratic set up of BSNL, when complained to local office, they make me
run from pillar to post. There is nobody seeming to care ! Can somebody let me know
how to find redressal.
With the hope that somebody reads this and lends help.
