Hi I have recently took a BSNL sim and i m leavin in hyd gachibowli and my office is at namakramguda police station no where the signal is working .
even the internet 2g or 3g also its not getting continously network is getting dropped . i raised the issue to BSNL there was no response yet please help.
my phone doesnot have any issue .. while making calls its disconnecting the calls due to poor signal

We have lodged a complain regarding our excess billing for BSNL broadband connection around 2 months back but till now we didnt get any proper response from BSNL. Even it looks they are ready to accept the inconvineance happened at their end.
The application as follows................
So we are very sure about this, the same issue is happening in case of many customers.

This is regarding the verification of the billing amount for the month of October 2007. The billing amount for the same period is really unexpected so we are demanding for a detail clarification for extreme data usage. But for your information one part of the billing amount i.e. voice calls and broadband installation/modem charge is all right.

We are not dedicate/rely on internet so much even though we got the unexpected download/upload usage. So we guess behalf of our knowledge somewhere this data usage is happening else something is went wrong from BSNL. That’s why we want to know the root cause and complete clarification of getting this extreme data usage.

Kindly expedite the process as soon as possible and we are expecting the proper needful at earliest.

We are not going to pay the billing amount for the month of October 2007 until unless we will get a clarification for the same issue. Because as we know, we didn’t utilize this much of resource/data. Even if we have logged in to internet for 24hrs continuously, it doesn’t mean that we are downloading data so far. Hence it will not make any sense to generate this kind of extreme usage.

my mobaile number is [protected].my balance was more than rs 740 before 3 aprile, but my date expaire on 28 march, my balance was more than rs 740.after 3 aprile my balance was rs 0. in my town server was also doun, so can't rechare my balance on 28 march to 5 aprile. and also never conect with consumer care.so i want to back my balance.

BSNL Broadband — Excess billing and disconnection when using landline

I am using BSNL Broadband for over a year now. Initially the bill was very nominal as our usage is only home use. But suddenly from Dec-2007, the misc charges in the telephone bill has become very erratic. It ranges from 2000 to 4500 last month. We are not able to understand the sudden surge in rate.

Another issue we face is that while on the net, if we recieve or make a call from landline, the net connection gets cut. We are wondering whether this phenomenon is interlinked with the increase in the bill.

Pl. clarify.
The Same problem is with me also in March 2008.
Is it may possible that some one else is using my plan ?
Please, tell me what can I do with that bill?
It is really frustrating for us to send our personnel to resolve the internet/telephony billing issue month after month as BSNL is billing us double the amount which should ideally be charged based on the plan. They keep reversing it month on month and there is NO support. Finally, we disconnected the connection and again they billed us. There is NO support at all to solve this issue inspite of our personnel visiting them few times with proofs and copies.

my telephone no. is[protected]. i was activated beforte 4 months 149 per month rental plan (all landline no.are free). before this plan 99 per month rental plan was activated. but after activation of 149 plan bsnl charging me still for 99 plan also that means he is charging me for 99 as well as 149 per month. According to the rule once i activated another plan then the previously plan was deactivated. i had already complaint to the local authority for 10-15 times but no positive reply given. please solve this problem.

I checked my broadband usage today i was taken for a ride.you know what people the usage shows that i have used the internet 4 days from now.I mean how can bsnl predict that . I think the BSNL gays are people who think ahead in future.i am really disappointed by the attitude of the people who work in the help center.

My No[protected] .my complaint is regarding the excess billing, on 30 June.2008, i have received my telephone bill in which few charges are not understandable like :
(1) -1000/- deposit amount add in my bill so i want to know that for what service i have to deposit 1000/-(2)- why 347/- debit in my a/c.and for which service.

for getting information regarding the same i also call at your customer care no. 1500 but did not get the service.

I feel one should not go for BSNL connections as no one hears you.

BSNL — Unofficial charges for data usage in Broadband service

Someday I used hardly 100 MB of data, that shows in the "view usage" I used 725MB of data out of available 1GB. Are not going to show my main usage for that day.

They truly cheat in data usage for broadband

I Got broadband connection booked under registered no. 4840017 with modem for RS. 199 plan. It could not be installed as IPTV disappeared the moment it is tried.

It was cancelled and another connection was booked on 09.09.2008 UNDER BOOKING NO.48500005 without modem.
The connection got live on 22.09.2008 through IPTV modem. The extra URL modem was taken back by MTNL.

The connection was activated but it STARTED consuming Heavy Bytes on account of IPTV uploading and downloading programmes The matter was reported and your engineer rectified IT by changing ISP: configuration to Bridge Mode and creating a Dial UP for running broadband connection.

MY REQUEST NOW:-
1. KINDLY GET URL MODEM’S PAYMENT ADJUSTED IN MY BILL AS IT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO MTNL.

2. MY PROFILE IS SHOWING THAT BYTES AVAILABLE 440 MB WHEREAS THIS PLAN WAS MODIFIED TO 600 MB W.E.F 01.09.2008 . Kindly get it updated

3. ENCLOSED PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHMENT SHOWING THAT EXCESS BYTES ABOUT 167 MB (28MB UPLOAD + 139 MB DNLOAD) HAVE BEEN CONSUMED BY IPTV PROCESSING WITH BROAD BAND CONNECION
DURING 22.09.2008 TO 25.09.2008 i.e. in 50 Hours. Use of connection for more about 50 to 60 Hours it self shows error which subsequently stopped after modification of configuration to Bridge Mode by your engineer Mr Sudhir who came on 25.09.2008 at about 6.30 to 7.00 p.m. and corrected profile. Kindly increase my account with about 167 MB Bytes.

My No [protected] is out of service since Feb.2008, for non payment,
I have lodged a complaint of excess billing, on 23 Jan.2008, in which I have requested for correction, for which I was told that only action will be possible after three months, I visited the same office ( sec 5, Panchkula) I got a reply that nothing has happened yet, and I visited after some day's, But nothing was done to settle my issue.
Than I was suggested to contact higher authorities for which I refused, Because i feel ur dept. itself is not interested in settling the issues of consumers. I hope now some thing will happen now.
Pl look into it urgently,
or send me mail ID of some one who can do settle my issue
As i may shift to some other place. from my present address

Re- Discontinuing Broadband Services – Customer Complaint –

I am L.T.Upadhyay resident of B-27 Navnit Park Socy. Harni Varasiya Road having telephone connection no.2489803.I have handed over my complaint to your B.S.N.L.Office Karelibag Vadodara on dt.16th Sept.2008 with the request to discontinue immediately Home Plan BROAD BAND with monthly charge of Rs.125 for which I opted in March-2008.The reason for discontinuing was, very poor services and no response from your department after calling on various numbers. I have mentioned there in that in case it is not discontinued latest by 1st October 2008 I will not b liable for paying any charges.

I had received bill for August 2008 after lodging my complaint and found to my shock and surprise that the telephone bill for Aug 08 is for total Rs.1810-. I am having land line since April1999 and I have never been required to make such huge payment as I never use phone to such extent. Out of this Rs.1820- I have been charged Rs.1320- for broad band connection. Kindly verify my statement with the bill no.TO-[protected] which I have already paid.There after I gave again complaint to your Karelibag Office on dt.[protected]. Where in I had mentioned that I have lodged earlier following two complaints over phone which are not attended by your dept.

2-complaint no-13858 dtd.31-08-08

I have registered these two complaints related to broad band service over phone but no body attended and still I got bill for total Rs.1810-for Aug08 and for broad band Rs.1320-. It is very bad that when there were complaints for not making available broad band service how can I be charged Rs.1320-. I have requested for refund and discontinuing broad band service i.e. home plan of Rs.125 which I had opted to be discontinued immediately.

You may kindly ascertain these facts having looked at my two written complaints dtd.16-09-08 and dtd.27-09-08 and also your own record of having lodged referred two complaints dtd.24-08-08 and 31-08-08 over phone.

It is really again harassment to us that for the bill of September 2008 I found of having charged me Rs.75- towards Broadband stating “BBRNT” I had paid full amount of modem & had also opted accordingly when scheme was launched and paid accordingly Rs.1302- in March 2008 which was first bill towards broad band as total bill for February & March 2008 was for Rs.2138-.

I request you to verify again and refund me amount of Rs.1195- wrongly charged to me for Aug-08 bill (bill no.TO [protected]) and Rs.75- wrongly charged for Sep-08 bill (bill no.-TO [protected]) and discontinue immediately broadband service and I shall not get any type of charge towards broad band. If your office will still continue to charge and harass customers like this the customer like us who has continued with land line will be compelled by your department only to discontinue landline also. Further I will like to mention that unfortunately there was no single phone, no enquiry and no response from your department towards these complaints.

For the last four months I am using bsnl broadband in my home. From the day onwards I faced many problem and also in the last month and current month I am facing very serious problem. The problem is as follows:
whenever I switch on the modem, in the beginning I am able to browse and later after 10 minutes, the connection will be out and dsl line will be off. And it will take again 5 minutes to reconnect.
So that i am not able to do my uploads and downloads of my office work. And this will be very serious in the morning time from 2 am to 8 am. There wont be continuous connection for not even 5 minutes, after 5 minutes the modem will get hanged and then I have to switch off the modem and reboot it. I complaint many times in the exchange and no use. For the last two weeks, whenever I called to the exchange, nobody is picking the telephone. I am very much vexed because o[censored]sing this company's connection and thinking of cancelling the bsnl line.
Please rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a user of Tel. No.[protected] . This connection is installed at my factory. I also applied broadband connection for this number which has connected from[protected] or 14-09-08. I used this connection for a very short time in 7 or 8 days in september and october. My factory remains closed daily at night i.e.from 8:30 P.M to 9 A.M. I was surprised to see the detail o[censored]sage of my connection. It showed that this connection is being used 24 Hrs. daily. The detail o[censored]sage of this connection is absolutely wrong. I complained at telephone exchange, ludhiana . They asked me to change my password. By mistake i change my portal password but usage of my broadband connection is similar day and night continuos.
I complained again to senior officers they call a person from NIB section which ask me to change my service password.
After changing my service password the excess usage of my broadband stoped from my account.
I write a complaint to the General Manager Telecom, Ludhiana.

1. When bsnl’s employee came to connect my broadband why he did’t tell me about to retain my secret or own password.
2. How can anyone use my broadband connection which is connected with wire from my telephone? Because in my factory no one uses my pc except me.
3. How can anyone got my broadband Id and password immediately after connected my connection?
4 Is BSNL able to get who can misuse my connection regurlarly and billed in my account and take a legal action?
5. How can i waive off these exhoribent charges from BSNL which has billed in my account?

Against my letter TRA officer send me a letter in which they asked me "The case has been examined by the competent authority and found that no rebate is justified."

But bsnl did not provide me proper detail how can it used continuos day and night either i don't use.

I am sure that this billing is not used from my broadband.

Please give me a solution.

My Phone[protected] at Bangalore gone Dead on Nov-08, I complained of dead phone & attended within Five days, But again Dead, This happened many time & i was Receiving bill & paying. I noticed that I am receiving excess Bills on NET usages though my phone was not working properly, I gave written complaint on 29-1-08, But due to major road work going on on those days they didn't repaired & I also considering that Ignored. But to my surprise Billing was shot from 700-800 to 2000 & above. I immediately complained of excess bill & dead service by writing on 18-11-08 & stopped paying bills from that period. In next month I again coplained by IVRS but noted that they have disconnected my line of non payment. I Faxed copy of my coplaints to AGM (PR) fax: 22860351. On[protected] I received NOTICE from account officer North TR, that if i dont pay my outstanding bills within a week all telephone lines working under me will be disconnected all over India.
I would like to say, Am I Guilty of not paying bills for Dead phone, Am I at fault to coplaint.
What should I do...

In bsnl broad band every time when i go to see my account usage it is very difficult to access. very rarely i am getting the usage account . I have noticed that I am on plan 500C and up to 28.1.09 I have used only .8gb( 800mb)but the next day it shows 1.7 GB. I am always accessing the broad band during 3 am to 7 am in time . Also I am not downloaded any picture or movie. Also I found in my account is used day times around 11.am to 2.pm . I dont know how to trust this broad band. I personally feels what is happening on my account even I have changed my password security. my request is kindly improve the bbservice towards customer care and have friendly user flexibility on account when ever they wants to check and also improve the facility. If any problem occurs in modem ( some small software settings) the exchange peoples may tell to customers to adjust/activate within the home., instead of that they advise to bring the modem to telephone exchange. Because the people those who are using the bband may know at least little to do the small adjustments.
