On May 29, 2012, I called the DataOne Helpline number to request an ethernet cable for my BSNL provided Siemen's modem as I wish to connect it to Apple Airport Extreme. I was issued a Docket number [protected] . There has not been any communication from BSNL till date.
This morning my wifi started malfunctioning. I have been been trying the helpline number since 8.30 a.m. Finally at 11 a.m., a lady answered my call and informed me that she could not accept my complaint as the first one was not yet solved. She requested me to call[protected] and speak to the Divisional Officer. No one answered this number. Finally at 12:45 an employee answered and informed me that they were about to go on strike, hence no one would be taking my calls or complaints.
He asked me to call 22872020 and speak to Mr Debnath, the Div Officer. This number is continuously busy!!!
It's easier getting through to God than these incompetent bunch of Govt employees who believe they're doing us a favor just by doing their jobs! Was this information helpful? |
