The BSNL authorities had unusually exceeded my bill to Rs.10000/- without actual usage. I had visited to to the officials for the deatils regarding the same but they refused to help me.
I had even filed written application for the duplicate bill , E-mails (Post grievances) , and called up customer care so many times but no one helped me out and ultimately they disconnected my landline number. I thereby request to kindly meet to my querry as soon as possible.
