[Resolved]  BSNL — PENALTY FOR LATE PAYMENT

Dear Sir,

bsnl invoice no. [protected] invoice date 17.01.2011 due date 14.02.2011 is allready paid before due date on 12.02.2011 .
next bill send by BSNL Invoice no[protected] invoice date 17.02.2011 with previous pay amont Rs. 232.73 and late penality Rs. 10.00 . due date 11.03.2011

this bill deposited by me on 10.03.2011 without previous bill and late penality.
Previous bill amount adjust in current bill. but late penality amount is as itis . when I paied all bill timely why should I pay late penality.
