MY TELEPHONE NO. IS[protected] . IS TOTALLY DEAD LAST 2 MONTH AND I GIVEN THE COMPLAINT AT TARAPURE BRANCH AND ALSO NODDAL OFFICER IN KALYAN DISTRICT THATS NO. IS [protected]. BUT THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN STILL YET. THEN WHAT I DO ? WHERE CAN I DO THE COMPLAINT ?BECAUSE THE TARAPURE BRANCH STAFF IS NOT PROPER WORKING ON THE COMPLAINTS?TARAPURE STAFF IS TOTALLY WORKLESS. LAND LINE phone is dead since February 2010

My land line telephone[protected] is dead since Feburary 2010. I have registered complaint on BSNL toll free number 198, and met personally in department office MIDC Tarapur with concern person (Mr. Kadam and Deshpande) six to seven times, but still my phone line is dead. non of the action is taken by BSNL.
Is it is so slow work in today’s fast moving world. We accept that Govt department work slow but here is no work?. To whom should I approach to get the thing done? Or there is no solution other than taking out (terminate) the connection.

my telephone No.[protected], is not working for last 8 to 10 days made complients on 198, and personnely with virar telephone exchange, also at Bolinge telephone exchange ( at present i dont want to disclose any names) but it still not working, before dead it working on backround music for abot 15 days..

as per my opinion BSNL people promoting private telephone operaters, ?. for not attending complients of their telephone.

I request our BSNL personnel please tell us, that we are not capable to repair you telephone and you shift to you any priveate operator. insted of wasting our time on complineg piller to post.

WE HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAIN MANY TIMES ON AUTOMATIC PHONE BOOKINGS AS WELL AS GOING PERSONALLY TO BSNL OFFICE. BUT WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY. DUE TO LINE DISCONNECTION WE FACE LOT OF PROBLEMS SENIOR OFFICERS OF BSNL HAS TO LOOK AFTER THE COMPLAINT WHICH IS REGISTERED ON THE FORUM AND HAS TO BE RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE CALLED UP TOLL FREE NUMBER OF BSNL AND I WAS ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 30 MINS BUT THEN ALSO NO EXECUTIVE HAS PICKED MY CALL ONLY IVR MACHINE WAS CONTINUE-SLY SAYING THAT OUR EXECUTIVE WILL ATTEND CALL SHORTLY .

KINDLY TRY TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE ASAP NOT EVEN MINE PROBLEM LINE DEAD PROBLEM HAS TO BE RESOLVED SOON DUE TO THIS EVERY ONE WILL FIND ISSUE.
