[Resolved] BSNL Kalyan Vasai Rd — Land line phone is dead

I am an Electrical Officer in Western Railways. This is my official land line phone at my residence. Phone no.[protected] is dead for last 6 days. Complaint is lodged immediately and after a span of last 6 days nothing has been done except promosing to attend the fault. Complaint phone no at vasai road no[protected] is either not responding or giving busy tone. Dont know what to do?

I agree with your complaints. Nobody care in Kalyan Circle for Vasai Taluka.
The staff are only interested to make money, hence they are not attending complaint.All this things are happens under kind consideration of senior offiials.

Morning till 11 AM no staffs are present for duty at BSNL Vasai-W, Anand Nagar office including seniors. This is happening everyday and staffs regular timings are after 11 AM only. Very pathetic experience with BSNL which claims customer service is first priority.

I reside on Ambadi road - opp the telephone exchange (to give complaint office), going and giving complaints personally is also of no use. After payment s made all in time, the phone which ever local /mobile number is dialled - one receives the record response "this facility is not available on your telephone", I fail to understand that out of 30 days 26 days i have to hear this dialogue what sense does it make to have BSNL land line phone at home??????
