dear sir,i am a consumer of bsnl My land line no[protected] is working from last two years but there is some problem came from last six months. my connection was some time going in dead pssition and some time going in active. after regulerly complating at bsnl office (kaman) there no good solution...


rent is also added. i have also broadband connection 750
i have register it 750 into625 to 29th octomber but my november bill come according to old 750 plan.

so dear sir i request you to free my nov.rent and adjust my bill according to Rs.625. THANK YOU
