[Resolved]  BSNL — TELEPHONE BILL

Dear Sir,
My land line telephone 2722979 having broad band connection was out of order since mid of September 2008. Even after complaining number of times and several personal visits to the concerned officers it remained out of order but some or how it has been re-activated today after one & half month. Sir, for the month of September I have recieved my telephone bill for Rs. 372.00. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and get me the revised bill issued as per rules for the month of September as well as for the running month of October 2008.

Dear sir,

My land line phone no is 2271327 .This phone no is in my father's name. Actually we had cut off our
phone lines four years before with all very regarding formalities. But still, bill is coming against
the phone no. Mat be there were some mistake regarding our official formalities provided to us. Last on 16.03.09 a final notification has come against our no with the bill amount Rs 2369.00 as due payment. My complain is to verify the matter and release us with proper information. We do not want any more bill issue regarding our offline telephone connection. Thanking you.

I want online detail of my telephone & broadband bill and how can i pay it by online ?

I am 2454505 telephone connection holder requested to point out that I have paid the bill for the month January 2009 twice i.e Rs.899/0 on[protected] and Rs.919/- on[protected]i.e. including Rs.20/- late fee charges). You are requesrted to look in to the matter and arrange to adjust the amount already paid against the bill for the month March 2009.

My BSNL land line number is 2250758.I have broad band connection on this number and the plan is HOME 500 Combo.But BSNL charged ONE INDIA monthly rental and Combo both on my August 2010 telephone bill(Bill no[protected] & Consumer no-550400), I contact(13/09/2010) with my local exchange(Memari) they are said that "We cant do anything".

I am BSNL Land Line and Broadband user of from last 5 years. from last 4-5 months bills are coming too heavy and BSNL persons are not listening. As they have implemented SAP system and from Oct 10 to Dec 10 they have not provided telephone bills also. In last five years my average bill was Rs. 600 to 700 per month. but from last 4-5 month it is coming more than Rs. 1500/- per month. my phone is[protected] and account id is [protected].

Every month I deposit my telephone bill at Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank or local Post Office. But this Bank or P.O. (perhaps) send delay information about this bill reciept. So in every month they BSNL disconnect telephone and make re-connection after showing xerox copy of that bill to JTO who blongs to much away from our village.

I Have not received telephone ( Telelephone no[protected] bill since Dec2010 to till today.Where as I was informed various time to SDE Chakdaha but there was no action against.

I have been asked to pay Rs.1379/- towards usage of land line and BB HOME COMBO UL 625 from 1.12.2011 to 31.12.2011 as per Bill No.[protected] dt.06.01.2012. including a previous balance of Rs.689.38. I have paid all the bills for the previous months.Hence there is no amount unpaid . so I request to please give the details of the previous balance shown in the current bill. The complaint is sustaining.

Shall I repeat the attitude ?
