The worst customer service is of BSNL no doubt.Every time we call either they will say number is wrong, please donot prefix zero ect, bt actually we are calling on the numbers shown in bsnl websites only.
these people are making fool out o[censored]s.

I am a BSNL customer[protected] for past 10 years. The telephone is dead for last 6 months and have raised this to telephone exchange chadayamangalam a number of times. The response was disappointing and they didnt even cared for resolving this. Please do the needfull.

This location is chunda tele.exchange.This telephone almost days in out of service.Almost happening in rainy time . because cables toomuch joints and also they are put the surface of earth.please I request you change that cable in under the ground.
