The fault with my Broadband is that it opens easily, but the connection goes off in 10 minutes. I have to turn off the computer and log on once again and log on to Broadband anew. This has been happening since a long time. Complaint docket No. E8126 on 4.12.08. I want to speak to a Customer Service official, since this is not a common fault. The last few times I have rung up 1500 I have been told that My landline No. does not have any Broadband connection. I feel helpless as I can not work without internet.
