My bsnl instrument [protected] is creating problem.i have launched a complaint with the local bsnl office.they said that a lineman would be sent but till today no one had attended the complaint.i lodged a complaint four days back.pl see to it.

BSNL Landline instrument — Faulty instrument
i am the user BSNL landline, our instument is now creating problem when we talk, we listen double tone... and some times contious beep tone while talking... we cmplaint it to the exchange and many times to line man but they donot change it... didi to tell me the full procedure for it..
