yes bsnl landline phones are not working properly always giving trouble

I am a BSNL customer, my land line[protected] was not working, I was registered a compliant through BSNL Anchal division .But not respond from BSNL office . Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.

BHEL innumerable times, none of the persons at your end are hearing, Is this your style of working ?
then why do you sms and advertise about free new land line connections if you can't maintain the existing ones . your department has brought me to this level to use these hard words as if all the employees are deaf and just doing the job to take the salary home. If you owe some responsibility thae make my land line no 265545 work immediately

I am from PATAN, NORTH GUJARAT. My complain for BSNL EXANGE is that any time if you dial any number of Exchange no body will receive the calls. No body will give you well answer.

I am using BSNL (UP East) prepaid service,mobile no. [protected]. On 24th march 2011 Rs.25 was deducted from my account.I logged a complaint(complaint no. C24UP574360) on the same day.they told me within 48 hrs you get response. From that day i have called 5 times but till today 1.4.11 there is no response.I am planning to change the service provider.BSNL is the worst service provider in india.

BSNL — Broadband not shifted alongwith Land Phone
Sir,I requested to shift my land line phone along with Broadband (Home Combo 500 Plan) from Kurmaguda, Saidabad, Hyderabad to Vijayanagar Colony, Hyderabad.
Even after a lapse of more than a week no action was taken to shift my Broadband.
Any number of calls made to BSNL authorities were not attended to.
This is the state of affairs in Government run Company.
Once again I reguest to kindly look into the matter and arrange to shift my Broadband to new address.

BSNL/LANDLINE & BROADBAND INTERNET — DEAD FROM LAST TWO MONTHS
BSNL LANDLINE NO.[protected] & BROADBAND INTERNET HAVE BEEN DEAD FROM LAST TWO MONTHS. BSNL IS CHARGING THE BILL WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY SERVICE.NARENDRA KUMAR SARAF
as usual they take casual approach.
FIRST OF ALL YOU SHOULD GO TO BSNL OFFICE. THEY CAN SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AND THEY WILL SETTLE THE BILL IN NEXT MONTH BILL.
BSNL — Not giving attention for landline complaints
My house number is 234173, it's not at all working fine since 2 month. We have given complaints and tried all the way to correct, but engineers in my location are not taking care of. since it's small town nobody bothers also. We are paying indirectly for our services in our bills but why service providers are simply ignoring? Sir,
There is a BSNLlandline exch at Sherathang. Its downtime is 60 - 70 %. The engineers from BSNL do not come here often to resolve the issue. So we are just paying money for nothing. Please look into this. The entire exch is out of order. There is no mobile service here. This exch is the only means of communication.
