BSNL PHONE — land line phone dead

R/sir my telephone[protected] is dead last one month kindly help us for phone fault restroration.thanks.

RESPECTED SIR,
MY TELEPHONE NO.[protected].I WANT TO MAKE COMPLAINT ABOUT MY BILL AMOUNT WHICH IS OVER MY USAGE.I KNOW THAT MY USAGE GOES MAXIMUM UP TO 1500/-RS AND NOT ABOVE AND SO BILL OF5661/-RS IS COMPLETELY FALSE.
THIS IS A LOCAL PHONE AND NEVER USED STD FACILITY ON MY BSNL HOME PHONE;SO BILL OF SUCH HUGE AMOUNT IS FALSE.
MY BILL OF PREVIOUS MONTH WAS ALSO OVER MY USAGE BUT THAN ALSO I PAID BILL TRUSTING ON BSNL COMPANY.BUT AT THIS TIME I WILL NOT PAY BILL TILL I RECEIVE COMPANY REPLY AND MY BILL DETAIL OF MONTH 4/10/2007& 4/12/2007.
SO PLEASE LOOK INTO MATTER AND SOLVE MY COMPLAINT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.

This is a complain of excess bill approx. Rs. 2000 on Phone no.[protected].Two / three monyhs before my bill was usually below 1000/month.for last two months it exceeded up to 1500 and now up to 2000. So I want to check bill details Dec'2007

i get new conection[protected]in december its alrady 1 and off month over but still i dint recive my land line bill and its ded also i coludint able to make are recive calls pls tell me wher shall i get bill

my phone no is[protected] my phone oftenly become dead. I have complaint so many time to local officer and even in head office but nobody responding me. My telephone is working only 5-6 days in a month. If you are not able to provide the service you may disconnect immediatly. I m really fed up of this BSNL. All officers of BSNL are corrupt. Shame on BSNL

i am using bsnl prepaid. my number is [protected]. i need to know my bill for last month like the one given to the post paid.

on 30.03.2007 i made a complain for excess billing of my tel no.26543280 to DEE(Internal) Belurmath exchange where it is found the overlapping of calls i.e. two tel.no. calls at a time from my phone but i am sorry to inform u that no reply or no action has taken fron your end.Again for the bill of january same things happened.pl. confirm me by giving the reply early because my due date of bill is on 25.02.08

i have complained so many times. but there is no impact on my bsnl exchange. my phone is every time disturbed. there is every time disturbance in my telephone line. i use bsnl broadband also so my internet connection speed is very slow due to this fault in my line. i m suffering from this problem from 2 months. plz help me and suggest the bsnl exchange to solve my problem as soon as possible.

I am using BSNL prepaid mobile service in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Right now I am in Mumbai, in roaming and my all outgoing calls are stopped for want of some documents. Every 6 months, these BSNL people want these documents. Its better not to take the BSNL phones.

i want to know my landline calls of last six months as my bill was come very high so give me all calls list of last six months how can i get

You can get a duplicate copy of the bill from the customer care office of BSNL.

If your local divisional office is not responding to your complaints you can contact the higher authorities. Make sure that you give your complaints in written form and get a duly signed receipt of your complaint from each concerned officer. You should also register lot of complaints attempts at 1500 (even if it says your complaint is already registered). This will ensure that when the higher officials trace the complaint history they will have enough evidences of ignorance from the BSNL side.

I want to know, why my out going facilities are barred inspite of all bill payment?
My Account no.[protected], Last months bill ( Invoice no.[protected], dt.10-FEB-08) shown as pending, virtually paid in time at GB Bazar Exchange, Agartala, tripura.
When tried to call, found all out going calls are barred (16.4.2008 evening) and I am instructed to contact customer service centre. I called [protected], and one Mr. Sujoy responded after 1/2 hour but did not paid any interest to solve my problem.
My grievence are---- being out of station, how shall I keep contact with my family with such kind of inhumanity deals & who is responsible for my sufferings? GB Bazar staffs? Kolkata Accounts section? Or that Mr . Sujoy of Customer care, whome I called around 9.30 pm from my friends mobile no.[protected], from whome I did not get any help, and BSNL is paying him for nothing?
Sir, Kindly solve my problem treating as top most priority and thus I shall be highly obliged.
