Sir,
with due regards, OM PRAKASH THAKUR, Tel No.[protected], deposited my telephone billl at shimla Telephone Exchange at 11:45am on 27/08/2008 and they gave me a receipt. Receipt no is 037.
Sir, i paid all the bill before this date. I got a bill No.T[protected] of Rs.237.00 from 01.06.08 to 31.07.08. but i deposited my telephone 31 days before. But last date of bill was 05/09/2008. I paid my bill in time but bsnl deptt. people disconnected my landline connection. Now depttt. people are saying that the connection disconnected due to non payment of bill.
So please solve my problem and give the details of the my bill payment which is made by me for bsnl. I shall be very thankful to you.
