My name is Nitin Shah. My Landline number is[protected] which is not working properly from since last one year, I have paid all the bills in time. BSNL need to reimburse me my payment without any further delay as they are fail to provide proper services. BSNL can check our complain details as well as our use and payment details and take necessary action. There is huge complain against our area service staff, Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Amit, they are totally irresponsible, non-technical and their attitude is always bad. BSNL need to take necessary action on urgent basis. -
