how to know my unique id in the land line bill

My landline number is[protected], I want to registration with site www.self.ndc.bsnl.co.in for see my USAGE of broadband, site want to my customer ID, in my landline bill id PBSRR[protected] but site www.self.ndc.bsnl.co.in, demand only 10 digit ID XXXXXXXXXX .
Please send me my customer ID.

Hello sir, I am from J&K I want to confirm my Customer ID as it is used while assessing the bill online throurh your website selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in. Although I entered my no. which is displayed on bill as userb1...of 10 digits and I also tried to enter the ten digit no's which are on my bsnl landline recipt but no one worked. Now please send customer id into my email [protected]@gmail.com to access my landline broadband usage.Thank you very much.
