I had deposited Rs. 2041=00. towards telephone bill payment (Bill Month March, 2009) to your authorised agent Mr. Sanjoy Kr. Gope, HB Town, Sodepur (code no. BKP/2845/0070) vide his Bill Payment Receipt dated 21/3/2009 (Bill date 4/3/2009, due date 24/3/2009) which has not been reflected in my telephone bill of May 2009. Please enquire into the matter and see that my telephone number [protected] is not being disconnected because I had already paid the bill within the due date to your AUTHORISED AGENT.
