[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — phone not working

my land line phone most of times remains out of order, and even after complaint at SDO/JE level no body cares to get it right . due to this indifferent attiditute my free calles remains unused and has to suffer loss. If there is any sincere authority in the deptt. who cares to their customer.
The phone was got installed about 7 months ago but till date telephone directory is still not given to me.

BSNL — LOW VOLTAGE

Sir, Please arrange to provide 25 KVA Transformers at Telephone Exchanges mentioned below

1. Munderwa Telephone Exchange
2. Nagar Bazar Telephone Exchange
3. Walterganj Telephone Exchange
4. Kudaraha Telephone Exchange

We have applide for seprate transformer connection 25 KVA each but LT Linr connection has
been provided. Causing lo voltage and unbalanced phase power supply.

Our communication equipments are very sensitive and not working uner unbanced,Low/High voltage
supply.

We are using BSNL land line more then 15 years.Last three month our land line is not working we have made complaint several time in our exchange. Still it is not working kindly do the need full for us. Land line number is[protected].

This is for your kind information that our land line phone is not working for the last 15 days, we have complained to the telephone office thrice, and they have given us docket no also, but unfortunately after complaining repeatedly no body from the telephone company has come to solve the problem, my father is a retired person and he is sick, his age is 75 years, he has worked in the telephone department itself, but this is very much shameful to us that in spite of repeated complains telephone department did not even bother to take any necessary action in this regard.both my mother and father lives alone and both are senior citizens, they don't have any other mode of communication other than the land line telephone.

change to phone outer house

R/sir,
on Aug 12th 2011 i have filed an e- complaint that our BSNL landline is not working in Mavellikara exchange . since than on 20th aug the phone was completely dead. Ihave already made a complaint but it was not taken into consideration till now.We have called in Kollukadav ( Punthala)in[protected] this no many time but they are only delaying the case rather than attending it.

As my mother is alone at home so pls kindly rectify the problem as early as possible.

My phone connection number is[protected] . since on 01st sep the phone was completely dead. I have already made a complaint but it was not taken into consideration till now. We have called in Vellangallur telephone exchange (Dt. trissur) many time but they are only delaying the case rather than attending it.


Still my phone is out of order and I am helpless .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service
