[Resolved] BSNL Landline Telephone — PHONE LINE FAULT | |||
Respected Sir, My name is Selvan Devadoss. My house BSNL land line phone No.[protected]. I was paid phone bill regulerly. Unfortunately, our telephone is regulerly deed (line falt) in every week. Further complants are booked every time. But the mistake was retified 10 or 15 days latter in every time. In this month of Dec.05/12/10 evening onwards our phone is not working condition. I booked complaint on 06/12/10 at BSNL Nazareth telephone exchange. After 4 days going on, our telephone problume is not retified. So, yesterday I comlaint mail to Circle Office ,Tamil Nadu, CGM,BSNL,No.80, Anna Salai, Chennai & Tuticorin telecom district DGM A&P GMT,BSNL, No.176Palayamkottai, Tuticorin. No responce from his side. I am conduct to Nazareth telephone exchnge 4 times the answer is not satisfied. But till that time our relephone is not servised. My aged father and mother stayed in the village at Kurippankulam. I am not conduct before 4 days. Any phone facility is not available in my village. Privious month (November) 04th TO 15th my landline was not working condition. But BSNL charged full month rental charge. Thare is not a proper way. So, Please kindly help me in this problume as early as possible.
