My consumer No. 50692575, Bill No. [protected] dated 07/12/2010 and land connection is 23514081, the local call shown more than my expectation. I have never thought of it that local call can cross more than 270 free calls. I tried to contact last few days to bill enquiry no. as shown in Bill that is engage every time when I try to contact. Another public grievances No. 25422434 is out of order. I have no other to go to opt the lodging a complaint about the unexpectation local call. If I get the details of local call, I will be very grateful to your office. Thanking,
