Its been about 3 weeks now that my land-line has been dead. After several calls to the local telephone exchange filing complaints, they kept giving false promises that the technician would come to fix the same.. besides several calls, a couple of visits were also made for the same but till now the line hasn't been fixed.. The local telephone exchange failing to come to my need, i approached the customer care and filed a complaint for the same. the complaint number being [protected] and progress of the same is said to be in some technical proceedings.
