Hello All Concerned!
I am Mr. Naorem Gajendra Singh, a BSNL tel/broad band user at Jagat Sukh.
This is a complaint against the slow/incompetent repair work for the BSNL MANALI tel.line/broad band restoration that went dead for the past 10 days & still no confirmed date for restoration!?!
I already spoke to the concerned people at BSNL MANALI but no proper action yet!!!
What's wrong with BSNL MANALI EMPLOYEES???
Telephone line/broad band around Manali [specifically at Jagat Sukh & surroundings] is dead since Thursday, 29 March 2012 till today, Saturday, 7 April 2012 and today I contacted the SDO, Manali about this matter but instead of responding properly he kept on beating the bush talking unrelated things instead of clarifying the matter what's going on & why even after 10 days no restoration of the dead tel/broad band done, why?
With such undutiful/slow/incompetent/inefficient people remaining as heads of the Indian Govt. offices/public services, India will remain slow in development.
So, I want to attract the kind attention of the higher authorities of BSNL and all others concerned that such sluggish/slow work be guided to work faster and punish those who are responsible for such inefficiency in the restoration work.

Substandard & improper BSNL Customer SupportHello All!
I am Mr.N.G.Singh writing from Vashisht, Manali.
Here, I am complaining about the BSNL, Manali office.
Since August 2010 I had been using the BSNL Broadband service through land-line connection. My BSNL internet experience so far is really pathetic with so many internet down-times and off & on death telephone-line!
When complained about the problem to the concerned officer, it will take 2/3 days to rectify the problem and again within 1/2 days time the same problem comes up! So, I had to call them every 2/3 days to keep my BSNL internet keep running!
What's wrong with these people at BSNL, Manali?
Why are these substandard line-men employed in BSNL who doesn't know how to do their job properly?
Why should these inefficient officers of BSNL who doesn't know how to give proper service to their customers sit in the BSNL office to harrass people with their substandard & improper customer support?
By the time, I am writing in this complaint here on 25 November 2010, my tel/internet connection is out of order since three[3] days still waiting for the inefficient people at BSNL, Manali to do their job
What a hopeless people
