I'm bsnl broadband customer but when i open broadband site (http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in) it giving " You have requested an application that is currently stopped" error. plz tell me how can i solve it.

whether other sites http://selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in etc opening well. thanks

i register to http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal on 04 /02/2011 with my
customer id
cust_id : [protected]
and still does't receive username and password.So i can't check my broadband usage without this account .send me quickly send usrnam...
