BSNL — Messenger Chat Service

I have repeatedly complained to BSNL customer care to deactivate the messenger chat service. Rs 15 is being deducted from my prepaid number every 15 days. I get a response that the service is deactivated and DND activated for my number.

But in reality, no service is deactivated from my number. Very poor customer service from BSNL

Dear Sir,
My mobile no is [protected]. Voice Chat Service activated. Please deactivate/unsubscribe these services. Because every month @30 rupees deduct from my account its a very headake for me please do favour for me.
