BSNL Mobile — CONVERSION TO NEW PLAN WITHOUT PROPER NOTICE

Sir,
My mobile SIM No.[protected] in Karnataka, India. My name is Gopalkrishna Hegde. The plan was under Sumo Power valid up to 23/11/2010.But few days before, before the expiry of the validity period my plan was converted in to Excel power without informing me. Because of this my call and SMS charges are doubled and realy annoyed because I can noot chage my SIM because I am loosing contact with my people due to frequent chage of SIM.
PLEASE HELP ME TO CONTINUE WITH OLD SUMO POWER OF BSNL.
