I have downloaded BSNL RBT (code is 110606) on 7augast evening thru my bsnl net accout and same was deduct RBT charges from my a/c on dated 8 augast 2009, and receive conform message, Since I didn't get the same tune bsnl send other tune
Also I called BSNL customer care on several time for above matter but not receive correct answer and till time not solve this problem.

I have copied the song' always on my mind' on 10th of August by pressing star and got the confirmation from 56700 but still it is not been activated.please activate the same

i didn't understand that my RBT is any song or that ladise voice like that
and no any complain regarding it
Is ther any Mobile Co. pre notice to us to do like that, how can they marketing their services/song on our cell no. without any information

i have suffered about my caller tone.last 2 weeks
To set my caller tone, i firstly went on bsnl office and they give me RBT code which i was selected song.
but that song is not correct but my balance is deducted RS 12& 30 RS.
So i called to a costomer care 3 or 4 times . and told them about my problem . but they set wrong caller tone which was i am not told him.and againly my balance was deducted 12 Rs..and they not treat me wel. they did not take this seriously.
i told him that i want to '' milke bhi hum na mile tumse na jane ku.. "in ajab prem ki gajab kahani. movie.. but they didn't

already my balance was deducted by yours mistake.who is responsable for this???
so i hope this time you will take seriously..
