BSNL Mobile — DEDUCTED RS 40

my mobile number is [protected]. I got one sms on 28/07/2012 to my mobile stating Thank you for Subscribing for some TV and Rs,40 deducted from my balance. Then I contacted customer care and complained about the matter. They have registered complaint and gave a docket number H08KT357881 But so far I didn't get my amount. Please look into the matter and do justice to me.
