[Resolved] BSNL Mobile — Deduction of Rs 10/day for a service which was not asked for | |||
I hold BSNL mobile SIM connection. Of late, I started receiving the message on early morning, around 8-9am every day, saying 'Thank you for using Value Pack Service. You have been charged Rs. 10'. I have not subscribed for any such service with BSNL and so far I have lost Rs. 25/- till date. Though I have registered my complaint with complaint docket number 'J2KT332765' there is no resolution so far. I browsed internet to see if anybody has experienced similar problems, and I am surprised to see there are many, but all are saying to have not received any resolution for their complaints lodged at BSNL. So, bringing to consumer forum with the expectation of getting resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
