[Resolved]  BSNL Mobile Radio — Stopping of Mobile Monthly Charges

I am a user of BSNL pre paid mobile. My Mobile No. is [protected]. I have not been using the Mobile Radio Services since last 3 months. I have registered a complaint on 11-11-08 in this respect and also contacted on Customer Care Tele Number but my problem has not been solved. It is requested to arrange for stoppage of monthly mobile radio charges for Rs.19 pm otherwise I will be compelled to switch over to mobile connection of any other company. Hoping for favourable action.

i connected to bsnl mobil radio . every month iam charging with Rs 19/- . I do not want this connection of mobile radio. So please disconnect my mobile radio in my cell. my cell no is[protected]

My mobile No. is [protected] . Please de-activate my Mobile Radio subscription.
I am user of BSNL pre paid mobile. My number is [protected]. Mobile Radio services was activated with out my aprovel. Bsnl is taking Rs. 25 evry month. I deactivated it through your service No12630033 and i received a message that my mobile radio service has been deactivated, but yet they have cut Rs.25 for continuing mobile radio service.
this type of robbery by BSNL is unwarrented I request you to take favorable action and inform me and remit back my amount.
