BSNL mobile service — SMS & GPRS when Roaming

My bsnl mobile no is [protected] and i have sufficent balance and GPRS monthly pack,but from last month of 27 my GPRS is not working and i can't send sms also.I want to try to book a complaint but nobody ans me or mail me.I can't go to Orissa BSNL customer office b'coz i am on roaming .So plese help me out how can i solve this problem or give me a right mail id or tel nos .
