BSNL Mobile — SMS from Vastu service

Sir/Madame, My name is Mercy Beno using mobile no as [protected] every month my mobile was debited Rs. 10 from Vastu service from the no[protected] as I have not asked for this service even though I have send sms not to subscribe and called call center to stop no body is bothered to respond please stop this vastu service.
