I have purchased a mobile connection with handset from BSNL through their distributor ADS Services under their scheme known as "Bundle". From 1st December onwards my mobile is showing Limited Service. I have filed a complaint with their call centre and the complaint No. is KT - [protected]. Till yesterday they are not rectified the problem and I have contacted their office at Kammanahalli and they are not bothered to rectify the same. Later I checked the reliability of the IMEI No. [protected] to SMS No. 53232 and got the reply that the IMEI No. quoted in the mobile hand set is bogus.
Therefore I request the forum to take necessary steps against the BSNL for selling these types of illlegal activites and make sure that the customers of these handsets are property compensated.
