[Resolved] BSNL — MY Signal Strength so "always" low | |||
I have been using BSNL for past 5 yrs.. And i am suffering for a year now. For a few months i felt that the mobile connection problem was because of cloud cover which possibly reduced my signal strength but the problem continued even after the rainy season. I really don't know y suddenly BSNL services have degraded. I want to stay with BSNL but i think its forcing me to opt out. I always have problems with the mobile connections. The quality of sound which was satisfactory few years back is really bad now. I always loose my connection with the other party because of low signal strength even though the person is just a km away. To add to the surprise is the fact that we are in the middle of the city. The person in charge of fixing our telephone connection is never punctual. In one of the cases he didn't repair our connection [Landline] for 10 days !!! Also i should include the fact that BSNL has the least number of top-up/recharge/sms bundle recharge centers here. Another fact that annoyed me is that the previous 30 Rs a month [1k msg pack] was changed to 20 Rs for 15 days [1k msg pack]. Come on BSNL !!! Was this information helpful? | |||

BSNL — Low Signal strength in my area
My mom's number is [protected]. Most of the time her mobile goes to out of coverage area because of the low signal strength in our area. The same problem is faced by most of the BSNL users in our area.Please take necessary action.Thanks in advance.
