[Resolved] BSNL — wrong charge | |||
Sir, I have used BSNL Broadband . Last year date 31 march 2010 I paid one year advance rent of my pack 1 -04-10 to 31-03-11 ,but BSNL send me bill in January 2011 , 1. BSNL change my broadband plain without my any request and then send me bill but i paid all ready one year advance rent 2. I vist. BSNL office in November , but officer ask pay this bill because all bill system change , then i reach BSNL bill office . he say your plain change so your advance rent benefit is not allowed , but i say i was not change my plan your officer was change my plain then he ask Your bill i right , but it is not ture I think my plain was change in month, so my bill ready by my using basic not a my plain basic, (mean data basic) please sir help me because not any one listen complain in bsnl officer my cell number - [protected] email ID- [protected]@yahoo.com My broadband detail - BSNL no[protected] name of tel. number Mr. - Gurpreet Singh Vill- ajnoda khurd P.O.- ajnoda kalan Tel- nabha distt- patiala punjab pin code- 147201 Was this information helpful? | |||
