[Resolved]  BSNL, Nagpur, Maharashtra — GPRS on Post paid Mobile is very slow and no connectivity many time

sir,
1.i am a post paid customer plan 325/= of BSNL, Nagpur, Maharastra with mobile No [protected] GPRS plan of Rs 199/=. From the date of activation my GPRS on mobile is not working properly, Regular connectivity is not there and when connectivity is there it is not with the prescribed bandwith prescribed by BSNL the same is happening when i connect to My PC.

2. When i complain in Customer care No 24365 the attendend is either not aware of the GPRS or they keep on transfering the call to their seniors or they say presently they are unable to check my status because of some technically fault which they are not supposed to disclose to me. While they transfer my call to their senior it take 15 - to 20 minutes and after that the call is disconnected One name i would mention is of Mr Vishal Patil whome i spoke on 28 Jun 09..

3. I request that my GPRS connectivity be made regular with the prescribed band with and BSNL customer care be made more educated on GPRS and they should not play "LONG TENNIS" game with customers by transfering call to their seniors.

Hello i am a resident of Nagpur and have been using the BSNL landline since last 15 years with the same number[protected].
For last 2 months the landline has been dead and even after complainting for so many times the BSNL employes from behind Sai Mandir Branch under the divisonal engineer Mr. Nandanwar have been ignoring the complaint i have been paying the rent fro almost 2 months now without a single use of the phone and the amount in now upto 1800rs for 2 months without the single use of the internet scheme provided by them they are charging rs. 750 for the internet and 150rs as the landline rent i hereby request you or the concerned authority to check the issue and correct it today . i have certain papers signed with me which does tell the status of my complaint or else there needs to be a serious action taken by the consumer forum authorities though this has been giving me a big loss to my work i have been ignoring the fact but now it's been 2 months and its a big time.
