BSNL — Land Line Phone Dead From Last 10 days

Sir/Madam

My land line no.[protected] is dead form last 10 days. I also booked complaint with id no. [protected] before 10 days ago. But Uptill now my telephone is not in working condition. And i also called to Sub Divisional Engineer (S.D.E.) on[protected]/2228198 but no one is responding.

Please take necessary action to resolve my problem at earliest.
