[Resolved]  BSNL nic card — USER ID AND PASSWORD

Respected Sir,

We have purchased BSNL internet NIC Card of Rs. 3193/- dated 22.01.09 from BSNL at Baroda. We were informed that in Rs. 3193/- included first bill amounting to Rs. 250/- as advance but we have received a first bill of Rs. 93/- dated 10.02.09 for the period from 22.01.09 to 31.01.09 for facilities charges of Rs. 93/-. So this bill contradict against advance of Rs. 250/- as we paid in Rs. 3193/-. How can BSNL issue bill against our advance Rs. 250/-?

Please clarify the same as early as possible before due date 27.02.09

The username and password would be your phone number. You may contact your nearest BSNL office and provide them your consumer id (this number is displayed on the bill received when you made the initial payment for the data card..

I have forgotten my BSNL phone code. My Phone No.[protected].
reset my phone code as soon as posible.

i have also bought one nic card last month the problem is it is not tht much of help when needed. some times the net becomes down and some time delays in accessing. now my cheif problem is that when i open the connection massage is showen that conection has been stopped by remote computer. i dont know wht to do. and i need one contact number to contact as when required

Yes, I also having the same opinion. The BSNL site does not have any details of payment and information on the subject to its customer. The recent development that rising the rental from Rs.250 to Rs350 does not have any meaning with out providing any additional benefit to the customer. So, it is all necessary to support the customer.
