BSNL — Non Working condition of Broadband connection

My BSNL landline no is[protected]. My broadband connection is not working since last 15 days. I also registered complaint for same. Till date no action has been taken and I am suffering a lot due to this. I have to spend money on cybercafe unnecessarily.

Updated by Vaishai Mehta Yesterday (on 16th october) somebody called from BSNL n told that he will come around 3:00 pm. Till 10:45 on 17 october nobody has come or called. I still don't understand how irresponsible these people. still complaint is standstill. Please try to resolve the same at the earliest.
