BSNL — payment of telephone bill not done

Aaj maine apne BSNL ka telephone bill ka on line payment http//portal.bsnl.in ke madhyam se kiya. Iske liye maine apna PNB ka debit card use
kiya jiska card no.-[protected] aur mera naam-SANJAY KUMAR hai.Bill payment karne ke baad last me ek message aaya-"Sorry we are
uable to process the bill transaction,please contact at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". Is transaction me mera account Rs.1,878/=debit ho
gaya jiska SMS Alerts mere mobile par turant aa gaya. Mera transaction ref.ID-TX[protected] Dt.27.08.2012 for Rs.1,878/=hai.

Please ise payment due date-30.08.2012 ke pahle sahi/rectify karne ki kripa kare
